1 day bus tour to Miami

    Hi

Can anyone give me any advice on taking a 1 day bus tour to Miami, i.e.is it worth doing? can I book when I get to Orlando or do I need to book before I leave the UK?

I know it is a long day, but I only have the one day to go.

    Thanks Jude

I love bus/coach tours. The plus side of a coach tour is: You don't do the driving, you can read, look out the window and you can nap on the coach & it is orgaized. Miami is a large place so where do you go for just a day? But check out where they plan to take you since you may not like their choices.[msncool]

Orlando and Miami are 2 of the few US cities that you can travel between BY TRAIN. I have never done it although I keep saying I will one day. When I have looked into it, it seems pretty good value ($50-60 return).

    Has anyone ever tried it?

Would love to do it ourselves, but it will be too long of a day for the twins!!

Two days would be ok though!! [msnwink]

    We will have to see.

How long would it be on the train?? 1 1/2hr????

Surprisingly it takes around 6 hours from Orlando and 5 or so from Kissimmee!

Gatorland does Miami 1 day Tours. It cost around £30 and £18 for the kids.

Hi Jude, any chance you could post the itinerary and if you had enough time to do things, maybe a mini report?[msnsmile2]
