Liesa - think I'm still suffering jet lag and I've been home 11 weeks
Or perhaps it's too much time spent at work along with too many boozy nights out [msnwink]

We've always found that if the effects of jet lag seem to be hanging around, then doing some moderate exercise during the day helps you get a better nights sleep when it comes to your regular bed time.

Obviously, avoiding stimulants such a coffee will help too.

The jetlag is the worst thing, the first time we went, it took me weeks to get back to normal. But I got talking to a lady on the plane who told me to make sure and go go bed the minute we arrive home and set the alarm for 3hrs later, get up, then go to bed at around 11.00pm, so we have done that and found it does work. I cant remember her name but it was she who told me about this forum as she ownes a villa.
