I doubt if there is a vast difference in price or service with taxis out of MCO. Yellow Cab on 407 422 4561 or Central Florida Taxi on 407 851 7523 are commonly used. I agree that $35 to I-drive is very good value, particularly at the present exchange rates.

I don't think you need to book for a taxi from the airport, especially if you are going at a relatively quiet time. As with all major airports, there will be an area to book and get into cabs on arrival. But there may be bit of a queue though, which cannot be helped.

You may find it cheaper if you pre-book though!!

I have just been taking a look, and the cheapest one I have found is $45 to International Drive.

I will DM you the details of the site.

At least if you pre-book you will know what you are paying. Once you are there, you can't really haggle if the "on arrival" prices are more than you want to spend.

Paul & Marianne, our close friends have used this guy before and say he is good. But that was to an I-drive hotel and so to find out the fare to Clear Creek, why don't you contact him direct?

PS: (To Blott) It is only a one person Taxi firm and so not potential competition to any OV link. So please try not to edit it unless you have to. Others might find the link useful too.
