MMMmmmmmmmm.
We operate an out of hours 24 hour emergency service using a mobile phone and lap top on a rota basis, so that knocks out the over night work theory.

For stroppy patients substitute stroppy clients as well.

if it's a one off, you can try the free trial at www.oag.com. I was told that the oag publication is the bible for all commericial flights.
At our last office the secretary who did a lot of flight bookings received a new copy of 2 large phone book size volumes each month. (Not cheap of course)
