When I attended, Grahame, there were many many people (and I DO mean many) who had not filled in the form properly. They simply sat down, corrected, added, amended or deleted whichever bits were wrong, and re-presented them.

I cannot 100% say yes, to your question, but from my observations, the answer would have to be yes.
