I have been told by the special needs section (which is now dealing with my problem) that the bulkhead seats are only released the morning of the flight and then allocated to anyone that has special notes in their reservation. Doing twilight checkin could jeopardise your chances of getting these seats.

i was told by virgin staff, go for twilight checkin, you stand a better chance of seats, but then no 2 members of their staff say the same thing!!!!!
