We have posted a couple of messages already so done this the wrong way round...

We are Steve & Dawn, we have been going to Florida for 14 yrs now and we finally decided to buy a villa. We go for 8 to 12 weeks each year and it was costing a fortune!! We have bought on Calabay Parc we close in about 10 days. We are just getting to grips with all the stuff you don't realise is involved. We have done our website. Organised our Management Co. Got listed on a couple of rental sites. Just waiting for bookings now!!
