    Lake Eola

Spotted this on the way to visit our accountant-and it looked very impressive if you want a nice relaxing stroll near the lake.

There are also some Swan Boats you can take a ride on for about $7 for half an hour.

Isn't it amazing that when you get away from the theme parks -just how reasonably priced everything is.

There's supposed to be a good eaterie down there and when I find out what it is called-I'll let you know.

Cos I hate the I4 so much-I expect we went the long way up OBT and then cut along East Robinson Ave to our accountants. Once in that area the park was only a stone's throw away as was Fashion Square Mall.
It's about junction 40 on the I4-but I would probably use the 417 and come off at the east -west express highway and Lake Eola is just above Church St Station. FSM is the other side of the 50. That area was really quiet so you can easily pootle around till you get your bearings.
