Visa update

has anyone got any updates on where they are with the visas? Mine has been 9 weeks now!!! Surely it should be any day now. Ive heard that the interviews are taking a week after that? any updates would be appreciated. Im tearing my hair out!!!

Someone told me they are looking at applications received the second week in Sept so you should be about there??

Oh Julie I hope so. Everytime the phone goes we all think its our visa consultant. Its been a long 9 weeks. We are packed and ready to go!! Have to be out of our house 2 weeks Friday so here's hoping!!

We are just going into our 10th week. It seems to be taking forever. Hopefully we will still be there for Christmas?

Perhaps not?? If it takes another week or so for the approval and them a week or more to get the interview and then they insist on sending the passports back to you through the post through the Christmas mail. The flights are so expensive just before Xmas, it is really taking a risk booking flights without knowing if you are going to miss them because your passports didnt arrive back in time.

When we had our passports back,we had to use their passport delivery service, I think it was £10 we paid to have ours returned,

Sooooooooooooooooo excited just heard we have our visas a 5 year one. Thought I would share our good news with you all.
