    State Road 429 (Western Expressway) Construction Pending

    In 2003, construction on State Road 429 is expected to continue south of County Road 535 to I-4 in Osceola County. That portion of State Road 429 is being built in partnership with Florida's Turnpike Enterprise. It is scheduled to open in phases between 2005 and 2006.

    No Ujpest, we are talking about two completely different roads. YOURS is a major bypass project. MINE is merely a link road less than 2 miles long that will eventually connect the western end of Osceola Parkway to US192 by the shortest possible route.
