You have to book through Virgin direct to change seats but you can see on their site if you have been allocated seat nos. You will need your booking reference for this. It says that you will eventually be able to change seats online if you haven't booked direct. You can check and correct meals though. Also if you have booked through a Travel Agent you will have to pay $5 per person when you return, if using the early check-in at Downtown Disney.

I booked thru TA and got my booking number and rang Virgin and booked seats, I did everything else on line. We had to pay the $5 each even though we booked direct, I think this is a bit of a grey area.

I would have thought that as long has you had the confirmation number, you could do it online!!
If not Customer services have always been helpful to us!!

I'd check prices with TA and direct before booking!!

Virgin Flights are available through the link above and then book your car seperate!!

May save you a few £$

Emma I was not able to change seats, or book the 3 that hadn't been given seat nos., online. This was very recent, I wonder could this be because I flew from a different airport to you, ie. Gatwick or even that we were economy and yours Premium? Just a thought.

I couldn't do it on line even with ref number it said the booking of seats was not available, but when I rang customer services they booked and said thats what you get with the personel touch - mind you V been V it took a long time on hold, then I wonder if things will change as they are supposed to be changing the planes next year - I took the safe option after looking at what Man should get!!

well i still have no joy from Virgin!!
after all that kefuffle from before i was sent a complimentry note saying they were looking into
my problem! but as of yet havent bothered answering me, i wrote to RB himself, thought he would have more manners then his staff!!!!!!
all to do with my knee, but i wont go through all that again! but they did offer me certain seats and when i wrote (the seats were changed as the letter left my hand!typical)they changed them to some not so good seats, so i've written a letter to RB,
    awaiting a reply
just checked, it was the 5th oct have received a note saying it had been received but thats it sooooooooooo...................................... .................

we pre booked kids meals last time and didnt get them so thought what is the point,
we sent a letter of complaint and they were very rude and bascially didnt give a monkeys!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
    i dont like Virgin!!!!!!

I've just logged in to VA and was able to move seats.

The only seats you can't have are the ones in higher class or the ones that are already taken obviously!!

when i log in i can see a few rows of 2's or 3's but not close together!
they gave me seats then gave them to someone else, i can see they are unavailable!
i'll just sit and suffer, so watch this space!
