Another Newbie

Hi everyone,

Im Karen from Banchory Scotland ( originally from North Yorks but hubbies work dragged me up here to the back of beyond ! ) I adore Florida and tend to bore all our friends silly talking about 'Hidden Mickeys ' and other weird and wonderful Florida type things. We have been about 9 times and usually do one week Orlando and one week on the Gulf Coast somewhere.

I am trying to visit as much of the Gulf Coast as I can and one day hope to purchase a house there ! ( Sooner if I win the lottery ! )

I have often visited this forum but never registered until now [msnsmile]

Welcome to the Forum

You won't "bore" anyone on here by talking about Florida - that's all any of us do!

I love the Gulf Coast too and usually try and have at least a week there on every trip.

I am new myself, but this place is great for a daily fix of Florida, we have never really looked for the hidden Mickeys, but think perhaps we will next time!! [msnsmile2]

Hi Karen,
there are a fair number of Gulf owners on the Forum now who I am sure would be willing to answer any questions about purchasing in that area.
For you, Julie and everyone else remember there is now a specific "Gulf Coast Villas" link at the top of the page for renting Gulf villas.
2 centre holidays are an excellent idea; not that I'm biased of course [msnwink]
