Booking Virgin thru Travel Agents

I don`t know if this helps but I was given a different code to my booking No# can`t remember what it is called though bagan with an E then could get into all the different areas ie seat booking and what not.

i can get into all of it, and change seats, they will give you the seats whether you do that or not and its covered in the small print, these seats could change! but whats the point they gave me certain seats then a couple of weeks later gave them to someone else! maybe that doesnt happen if you book through a travel agent, maybe they get a**** if you book elsewhere!
we booked before and prebooked kids meals , none of my kids got them! i complained they did nothing!
would really try to go with another airline! next time...............

im finding all these different experiences very confusing.we must be very lucky somehow as like i posted before weve booked thru travel agents twice before and have booked our seats on line every time and even changed them a couple of times and had no restrictions at all.and we only fly economy from manchester so nothing special there.cant understand why its so diffrent for a lot of you.definatly confusing[V]

our bookings were made through charter travel, and have had no probelms at all, when we tried to prebook seats is when the problems started!!!!!
had to wait till i had etickets, but when they came, we were told we still werent allowed and the rest is history!!!its virgin that are mucking about!!!
still we're off in 9 days!!!!!!!!!

Kids meal were a problem for me too!!

I pre -booked a meal for my 3 year old both ways.

After all the meals came out to all the other kids and not mine I enquired!!...Sorry none left..I was told!!!

What was annoying, was a "KID" in front of us had a pre -booked kids meal whose was probably old enough to go drinking in our local!!!![msnmad][msnmad][msnmad]

I was assured ther would be one for us on the homeward journey!!

Guess what!!!......................this time I latched on early after they walked past our seats with the kids meals|!!!
Spoke my case and ALAS got one !!! PHEWWWWWWWWW.

Other than that, I do like Virgin

ah but dont knock the older kids! my son Russ, who keeps hanging about the forum! well he only eats pizza and chips, sausage and chips, so we prebooked kids meals for him and the younger ones in our group, and none of them got them out or back![msnwink]

but you all stuffed your faces whilst i was suffering from the dreadful migraine!!!! and couldnt eat a thing! all i could do was sip iced plain water for the frist hour!!then it vanished!! am now expecting this to happen in 8 days fingers crossed it doesnt!!
