A 7 seater might be a bit of a tight fit but as long as you don't mind a bit of squashing to and from the airport you'll probably be OK.

We had 5 adults and 2 children this summer and I don't think we would have fit in the 7 seater with all the luggage. An 8 seat mini-van was just perfect though.
