Veterans Day

We are off to florida on 6th November. I see that Thursday 11th is Veterans Day. Is this a holiday, I am thinking will the parks be busier than normal that day?

I know the banks are certainly closed that day as we were there last year but we stayed in the villa so I'm not sure if it was any busier in the parks. I guess it would be if people are off that day.

Yes the banks and the post office will be closed, but that's it. Schools will be in session so I highly doubt you will see much of an increase in the crowds at the parks.

A lot of companies no longer give people all the holidays off.....so I can't see there being many extra people in the parks.......

Its no longer a big holiday, especially since it is a Thursday. Wouldn't worry. Unlikely to make much difference in the parks.
