You aren't allowed to pack crackers in your case Christine, we were specifically asked if we had any in there and several people had to unpack case to get them out. It might confuse the sniffer dogs I suppose as eventhough there is a minute amount of something (explosive?) to make them bang they may be able to detect it.
I'd be surprised if Walmart haven't started selling them yet as they sell so many in Asdas, they must realise how popular they are.

Last year made my own without the bang Imagine the scene me trying to stuff things in a toilet roll that looked like they would fit but know Christmas Eve clearly do not. Has to cut toilet rolls so that the things would fit, then trying to wrap them and tie them with all this strandy stuff that kept molting !!!!! They looked awful but at least everyone had something to talk about on the day.
This year letting good old Mr Marks and Mr Spencer help me out.

ha ha i make my own, best tip is to use big roll of card and celotape together this way you have one B I G cracker and cover with wraping paper, pinch ends together and tie with ribbon , if your really clever you can put the the bang bits out of a small cracker and place in either end and when you pull it it bangs yipeeeee. i buy bits from pound shop for everyone and it all fits in de da.......
