I went to a Jai Alai session in Orlando somewhere with some local friends!! We had a lovely day. Watched the Jai Alai for a while, got the hang of it, and then started placing a few bets - did OK too. Had a very late lunch in the bar/restaurant and the food was very good. Whilst sitting in there we placed bets on the various horse races going on around the USA using simulcast. I had a great time checking out the form etc. (like I know what I'm doing - NOT, but I was with a couple of experts!!!). The staff were quite happy for us to sit there for the rest of the afternoon playing the geegees and having a drink or two.

This was on a weekday, so the place wasn't too busy. All in all it was a fun day and didn't end up costing me very much at all. Not really a place to take young kids though. They would get bored really quickly.
