Crowne Plaza Hotel - Manchester Airport

I am travelling by coach to Manchester Airport and will arrive at 'the station' have not been to Manchester by coach before. Have booked for the night at Crowne Plaza.

I want to find out the easiest way to get from the station the the hotel. Someone mentioned once to me they have courtesy phones so you could ring the hotel and asked to be picked up. I don`t know if this is correct, if it is where are these phones? Are they easy to find and get to? My son is disabled so we have wheelchair, frame and all the luggage with us. Would it be easier to get a taxi? How far is the hotel from the station?

Any advice would be appreciated as it would mean less hassle for us and Roger (my other half) not having to drag the luggage around.

    Here's some info:

They do have a complimentary shuttle service and there's an email link on that site so that you can ask them what you need to do to take advantage of this on your arrival.

Just travelled back from Manchester airport yesterday. The hotels are not too far from the train station so would think the bus station would be the same????? As Blott says there are courtesy shuttles. There is a phone that you pick up and all the numbers are beside it, only loked at it yesterday, presume there should be one in the bus station to?

Its now quite a walk from the Bus Station to the hotels thanks to someones genius idea to move the bus station last year. I'm sure if you enquire with the hotel, they will inform you of a shuttle service. I'm sure I've seen cars with their logo on.

The airport and hotels have complementary bus service which operates every 15 mins or so.
You have no problems. They are some free phones in the train station to contact the hotel upon your arrival.

Thanks for your help everyone. I emailed them today (thanks Blott) and they do have a courtesy bus. There is a blue phone at the station and I can dial them from there.
