Does anyone have a bigger one than CDV?? Villa I mean?
carry on working and not tell anybody
go on a round the world cruise/other exotic holiday
buy your own villa in Florida (or another if you already have one!)
set up a charitable trust
start your own business
give it all away
share it with family/friends

I would buy the world's best camcorder, and record the reaction of everybody I told. It would have to be in colour, because most would turn green I'm sure.
Unfortunately I don't do the lottery either, but is it true you can do it online?!!

I'd carry on working and would probably buy a sporty plane (not that there is anything wrong with our current plane, but a nice "sports car" equivalent would be nice [msnwink]) and get a house with enough land for a landing strip. Other than that, I'd carry on pretty much as normal [msnsmile2].

How about a float plane and a lakeside palace- no landing strip required!

Buy my children their own houses because they stand no chance of being able to afford their own for a very long time
Then pay off all our debts and spend as much time as we can in Florida

We never expect to win the lottery in our house!!
4 numbers is the closest!!
But if we did, it would be to own our villa outright.
That way we could go more or less when we wanted!
Although £million is not that much these days! [msnwink][msnwink]

sadly in all honesty with the costs of houses decent ones! a million pound wouldnt do much for you really! now if you could put it in a high interest account and not touch it for 1 year that would be interesting to see,
i know you could buy one, but £500,000 for a house then looking after the family and wanting all the other goodies that go with being a millionaire...............
oh wake up, never gonna win the biggie!
sorry ...................................
a villa in florida...............is that to much to ask???????
me thinks not.............

The villa is very tempting but I don't think it would be in Florida, I'd want to buy a villa in a country that I would be allowed to live in for more than 90 days at a time!.[/quote]Just invest your $1million in a business run by a manager and you can live there! I think that's probably where you'd find me (at least for the winter). [8D]
I might even be able to afford to take the grandchildren there (they've never been).
