Nappies!

We found that the Pampers we used at home at the time were inferior to the ones we bought at Publix.

Pampers in the states fitted better and kept baby drier as well.
We have since (along with a few other people we have spoken too) ceased to used the "new" style Pampers in the UK and have switched to either Huggies or Asda's own brand.

Had a look just now at walgreens site theyve got huggies all sizez diapers and pullup style, over 27lb take a look yourself, i wouldnt fancy dragging a suitcase full of nappies

We ended up taking our own with us, as we found that Pampers in the US were not quite the same size-as the ones in the UK. We also used the extra space for coming home with all the extra presents.

The sizes are different but as long as you know roughly the weight of your baby you will be fine. Our son takes a size 4 in the UK but only needs 3 in the USA. I took enough to last a few days but then got some in Wal-Mart. We've had our bags go missing before so I always plan on buying them there and also they are heavier than you think to carry! The swim nappies seem to be the same sizes though.

Thank you LieseAnna - I've visited their website and that's reassured me that they are definitely available (thought they would be, but it's always nice to see the evidence!).[beer]

We want to travel as light as possible on the way over there - BUT we will probably buy more bags/cases to bring back our purchases![msnsmile][msnsmile]
