basically the available width of screen is shown by the 1234 characters

any greater than say 70 characters and you force the screen to go widescreen!

you can get 20 characters of (text size) in between the pictures

setting the text in between the pictures to size 6 moves the picture 25 characters to the right

Depends on your screen resolution - I'mm looking in 1280 x 1024 resolution and it barely fills half the width of the screen [msnwink]

[/quote]Doesn't matter what actual physical size your screen is. What matters is the size your screen thinks it is and you've fooled it by setting it with your program. That's so that you can have the text small if you don't need a magnifying glass or BIG if you can't see very well!

If you want to check out another size, use the Reply to Topic link and change the screen size at the top of the text box.

I dunno what we're going to do with you, with your doing experiments in the cellar?! I'm just hoping you don't blow us all up one of these days when a test tube explodes - just hope John & Roger's insurance is up to date!
