This was used to confirm our e-tickets for Feb.
Always found them very helpfull!!
Just a thought, I did speak to them when I booked our tickets as they didn't go through for some reason (No money!!)
I asked the women for a direct number and told her I had been queuing 20mins, she gave me a code to use, BUT I can't find it (TYPICAL),
Ask when you ring and finally get through, you dial as normal but as it asks you to make a selection, you tap in the code and it sends you straight to an operator without waiting!!
