Dozy me! I panicked so much after reading LieseAnna's comment that I replied to it before reading yours. I feel a little better now.[clap][clap]

Done it many times myself before!!

I think its the addictive nature of this forum!!

You start off by thinking "HOW DARE THEY"

And then you start typing your answer in support of the original Postee and before you know it you have put the world to rights!!

    Hi LieseAnna

Sorry to hear you are so upset over your flight - I really hope things get sorted out for you soon so you can relax and look forward to your holiday.

I must admit, I'm worrying now as we are flying with Virgin in January (never been with them before). If it was just the two of us I'd just grit my teeth and put up with any discomfort (but then I'm lucky I don't have any health problems which may make the flight more traumatic). My concern is keeping our son occupied and stress-free for such a long time. I also have to give him two gastrostomy feeds during the flight and will have to be up and down several times getting his feed equipment together etc. We have only flown once with our son (with Singapore Airlines) and they were absolutely wonderful from booking right through to the actual flight itself - nothing was too much trouble.
I've taken the view that if we can fly to Australia and survive the experience, Florida will be a doddle. Now I'm not so sure.

Please if anybody has any positive comments about Virgin, could they post it here just to allay my fears a little bit?[msnscared][grouphug]

    puts my problems to shame..........
i am sure you and your son will have a great time with virgin...............
lets do some positive thinking to virgin, maybe they'll have a complete overhaul with lots of new staff[msnwink]
who will bend over backwards to help and score brownie points..............

    you all thinking??????????????????[grouphug][grouphug][grouphug][grouphug][grouphug]

Well we fly again in Feb with them, eveyone has their OWN tv in the back of the seat unless you have the bulk head seats then they come from between the seats.

Take the kids a Gameboy and some games to keep them occupied.
They get an activity pack on board, but this is not suitable for all kids!! The twins will destroy them!! hehe

The twins were fine last year and they will be next year I'm sure!!

    Only time will tell though!!

Twilight check in makes things easier and so does the downtown disney check in on your return journey.

Makes your final day more relaxed!!

Bit of a handful to say the least at the moment!!

Its like having two greyhounds in the house racing round all day!!

I sometimes have to go upstairs and SCREEEEEEEAM into a pillow!!

    Hi all,

just to redress the balance a bit, obviously one must speak as you find, however we have flown with virgin a few times and can honestly say we've never experienced any problems.

In fact quite the opposite, and we're flying out again, with them, next tuesday morning so keeping fingers crossed that our experience will be the same.
