My husband was brought up in Hong Kong and is very fussy about his Chinese. Only decent one we have had is at the Millenium Mall, which was almost as good as the restaurants around us here in the UK.

Totally agree with above re China 1 at Champions Gate. Just had a take-away - spring roll, crispi chilli beef and egg fried rice from there. Very large portions. China 2 and 3 now open. If you like Chinese food we are sure you will not be disappointed.

Although we have not been ourselves, I have heard that Bill Wongs do a very good buffet. I think it is on International Drive. Chloe

We have never been brave enough to try any of the Chinese buffets on the 192 due to bad reports about them. It's nice to hear some good things so maybe we'll give it a try next time.... Neil did enjoy his Chinese that he had at the food court of the Millenia Mall though if you are there shopping and fancy it!

We tried the China Buffet, at the junction of I4 and 27, this year, for the first time (juncy. 55 off I4).

Our party was a mixture of Chinese food lovers, and people who would not choose it as their favourite food.

The decor and inside was a bit basic, but the choice of food was huge, and the quality very good. As well as all the 'normal' dishes I could think of, there was a seafood section, and lots of different desserts.

It was a true 'help yourself' buffet, and reasonably priced at something like $8 - $9 a head.

What impressed us also was the number of chinese people who came in, to eat, whilst we were there ... and obviously not just relatives of the owners.

We will certainly use them again.
