    Plans coming along nicely!!!!!!!!!!!!

Plans for next years holiday coming along nicely, flights booked and paid for at a great price!!!!!!!!!!!
    2 nights Universal reserved
1 Week at villa in Orlando booked (from this site of course!)
Car hire booked, 4x4 jeep (ditto)

Now comes the GAP..... Will it be Marco Island, Cape coral or Naples??? I simply cant decide, been dithering for weeks and it has not got any clearer

1 night Wyndham Palace resort opp DTD check in, tickets for Cirque and dinner at Arthurs 27 (window table) in hand!!!!for our last night

So I really need to DECIDE on the second week, if only so I can get some other work done abd stop lurking on the PC every chance I get. Family are no help in the decision making process. HELP

    Gwen,
"The Sarasota, Sanibel Island and Naples Book" by Chelle Koster Walton is very good; I got ours from Amazon.
Obviously i would suggest staying in the Rotonda/ Cape Haze area and using this as a base to explore all the areas but i do have a vested interest[msnwink]

    Hope the book helps

    I love Marco Island!

My friend worked on Sanibel for a year and loved it- I would guess any of your choices are perfect!

Andrew has a good point- pick somewhere inthe middle and explore it all! The best of both worlds!

Don't let them put you off! You're doing perfectly the correct thing. One needs to plan properly and well ahead for an Orlando trip. I am sure your currently skeptical family will be bending over backwards to thank you after it all goes well next year!

I agree with Andrew and we are staying in Cape Haze for 10 nights when we go to Florida at Christmas

We have been before, in fact we were there in July this year for our holiday of a lifetime!!! so we are having another next year!!!
I have found a great villa now in Marco, so just deciding if I should settle for that or the one in Islamorada (keys).
This year we ate every night at Disney restaurants but found that in the main although we were paying 5* prices we did not get 5* food, so I am drawing up a list of non disney places to eat for comparision.
Intending to visit so far:_ Arthurs, seasons 52, palio, tony romas, outback, primo and gaylord palms.
Maybe I am getting toooo obsessed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Will it be Marco Island, Cape Coral or Naples? Such a difficult decision we like them both and have fond memories.

Maybe if you fancy a little tour then Marco would fit in better wile Cape Coral is closer. I’d vote for Marco, I think the Sunsets are the best there!
