annual travel insurance

Hi everyone, can anybody recommend an insurance company for an annual travel policy to cover usa and europe?

hi jayne, we found a company on the net "www.costout.co.uk" who we found to be quite inexpensive, especially for family insurance. Its hard to give an opinion on how good they are as we haven't made a claim with them.

Hi Jayne,

we use a company called Atlas Direct, cost was around £65 for both of us for an annual worldwide policy. Good cover too, though like John we have never had to claim yet

We bought ours with insureandgo, cost £88 for a family of four annual Worldwide Insurance.

We bought our annual policy via this site, for our family and are very pleased with the policy and its cost!

We got ours from BAA, £99 for worldwide annual policy for a family of 5.

We have a direct line annual policy for 5 of us for £130. Had to claim for lost items twice , and they have paid out in full with no hassles - to me that's a good indication of a good ensurance policy.

I use BA for family of 5 its around £140.

We had a 2 y/o with a medical probelem on last trip and doctor was at the villa within 2 hours and claim was a breeze - that's when you know how good these companies are!

Hi Jayne

We have used Tesco.com for our annualpolicy £123 for a family of 4 worldwide cover, we haven't had to make a claim, but they assure us, we do not pay anything upfront and have to claim it back, it is all done with themselves direct.

I also used my clubcard vouchers I get from shopping and use them to pay for the policy. So I get it for free really.
