This is full of snakes, birds and dead animals! Skulls and things, see a bird hatch, a snake shed it's skin and generally everything to do with the animal world of reproduction and how they live in their habitats.
8yr old mentioned I had snake skin shoes - didn't go down too well! Quick exit was required.
That's just the sort of stuff my grand children would be interested in and at least they're learning something at the same time! I think most kids would be fascinated. Your 8 year old obviously learnt something about conservation!
