The Mummy's Revenge was good. Not a huge roller coaster. doesn't go round upside down or anything and not very long ride. But you can not carry on any bags. There are lockers next to the ride but seem to be also in use, we had to take it in turns to ride, then we hear that some people were leaving there bags at the exit.
Yes, Ceri, I have been on Mission Space, and I loved it - despite the warnings, and having to take a travel sickness tablet just in case! Went 4 times in a row. We really didn't feel at all ill and it was so thrilling - as I said above, my only concern was in case a stranger threw up beside me!! Do think its important to take the advice and look out of the 'porthole' ALL the time.
But you are braver than me, as I went on the Mummy Ride for my son and I was petrified, but it's too short isn't it for the real roller coaster lovers?
Must confess I allowed myself to be dragged on it a second time, and I did manage to open my eyes for a nano second. Will I do it again? Well...........watch this space as going to our villa at Christmas! Can't wait!

My son and I went on Mission Space last September and thoroughly enjoyed it. There are four seats in a row, pilot, navigator, commander and technican (I think) each has a role to play. During the flight each member is told to press buttons at appropriate times. We were told to look at the screen in front of us at all times which we did and were fine. In fact, I was just getting into it when it ended and I had been worried about it as I don't like rollercoaster and use to be travel sick!

Look! I feel sick after every ride but find them adictive, like this forum. It's normal to feel that way, the ones that don't feel anything are missing out and have to go on the ride lots of tmes to get the same feeling. Feel blessed, like me that once is enough! [msnwink]
I think the worst ride for heights is duelling dragons at IoA. I absolutely cannot stand heights but like coasters so that big climb at the beginning freaked me out when I looked down (idiot, Bridget) and saw through the sheet metal below... urgh, I just started babbling and looked at the seat directly in front on me. Although I supppose this would be hard if you're sat on the front row. Are you brave enough though?! Just don't look down and you'll be fine.

Go for Hulk though! You're so busy being thrown around on loops and the speed of the thing there's no time to be scared about any heights! Brilliant ride.
My son, who is a roller coaster addict since visiting Florida, goes on the 'big ones' on his own - there are SOME things even I, as his mum will not do!
He went on Rock n' Roller coaster and was pretty blown away by it, but I shall never forget his face when he got off Duelling Dragons. To say it was a subtle shade of green is an understatement.[xx(] It took him half an hour to recover...... Mind you, not that I'd tell anyone, you understand.............[}]

He loved Hulk and Kraken though!

Yep - you can count me in the woosie section[msnsmile2]
I wimped out on Mission Space this year. Bit embarrising as I was so scared by the time we had got to the actual loading that I burst into tears and left the building[msnembarrased]
I don't do upside down rollercoasters either but as has already been mentioned there is lots to do in Florida besides the rides. Now which way to the malls?

Dallas and my son went on Komba some years ago after trying very hard to get me to join them. I felt bad about wimping out until I saw the people coming off. They all look terrified, some what green around the gills and a few actual throwing up.I now have on problem sticking to my guns and refusing to be badgered on to going on these rides.
