Is this forum addictive or what?

As it is a chatline for advertisers then it would follow that only advertisers have access to it, I find it a little harsh that you should assume a right to have access to areas on the forum not applicable to you.

Just how harsh would you find it Lesley if one of the people I have directed (Thats Advertised to by word of mouth) to the forum in order to rent a villa, actually rented one of your weeks.
But heh, hold on as I am not invited to have a voice on this subject that I have preached for this forum and for you an owner to get money, should I no longer direct people to you villa by Advertising on your behalf.

John, I assume you forward them to this forum because you are aware it is full of useful informastion for guests planning a Florida holiday, that still holds true regardless of there being a private advertisers section surely ? Otherwise what are you saying here, because you cant have access to a private part of the forum that doesnt hold any interest for you as you are a none renting owner, that you would stop promoting the forum ? Throwing our toys out of the pram a little are we

Yes I did blott and it was writen after this one
But as to the boring bit NO it would not be boring I have spent some 25 years in advertising and have a considerable amount of experience in the subject and if something I said was in anyway useful to an owner and helped them in getting one more weeks rental then I would be happy for them and considered my time well spent NOT BORING.

You dont have to be in the chat room to pass on your experience, I am sure some of the new owners would be more than happy to have your advice, the chat room is rarely frequented anyway. The public owners area, which you do have access to could be used for the purposes you mention very easily and would reach more people anyway than the chatroom ever would.

Who are you to say if a subject does or does not hold an interest for me that’s for me to decide and as for throwing my toys out of the pram, come on grow up, if its cheap shots that you want to throw I'm not the type of person that will give you the pleasure in catching them and throwing some of my own back.

The point I am trying to make is that I enjoy this site and I promote it and will carry on doing so regardless but yes I do feel aggrieved by this and I have the right to voice that.

I must say that a lot of people ask me if I rent my place and when I say no I always direct them to this forum and tell them to use the villa search

Its no biggie....the topics talked about would be of no interest to someone not renting.......there has always been an advertisers only part of the forum......a chat room for the same people is just one more part of that.....I can't see the problem......[?]
