    Hello Dave

My home is at Oak Island Cove, which is in the Formosa/Indian Creek area. The Formosa shopping plaza is approximately half a mile away - many restaurants - Outback Steakhouse, Red Lobster, Giordanos, TGI Friday, Cracker Barrel, Tastes of China, Subway, Dairy Queen, etc, etc - a very nice Winn Dixie supermarket, a liquor store, Eckerd pharmacy, bank and many other stores.

It is a very nice area, around 3 miles from the World Drive entrance to Disney World, so very close to all the major attractions.

Yes, easy to find from Sanford - the drive takes around 50 minutes.

It is easy to walk, the developments are approx 1 mile, this is to the entrances of the developments. Our villa is on Indian Creek and is 1 mile down to the 192 which is right by the shops and restaurants listed above. Yes, it is very easy to get to from Sanford airport.

Like Claire we are on Oak Island Cove in the Formosa area - this area is so close to everything but yet so quiet and peaceful.

    Hello Again Dave

Yes, it is an easy walk and many guests wander along to the restaurants for an evening meal. Some homes have bicycles, which are very popular for getting the early morning bagels and doughnuts!!
