You will see some signs posted in the villa, some of which are helpful but others are rather worthless. The latter are probably ones required by regulations...like warning you that the hot water is not as hot as it would be in a commercial sanitizer. I assume that if it was, there would be a required sign that says the hot water is too hot for residential use.
Some of the signs will have been put up by the management company, These are to fit in with state and county law and hotel regulations. There may be extra signs which are obviously less professionally done and these will have been done by the homeowner to supplement the management company's signs. These are important as the homeowner knows the house better than anyone.
