Virgin for us.....until our last flight with them that was changed at the last minute.

Will be monitoring the service again in February, hopefully our "experience" was a one off.

For flying to Florida definitely Virgin but if Emirates flew from Manchester to Orlando would use them flew with them to Dubai and they were fantastic!

the last few years we flew Air Canada and everyyear it gets worse. We were down in March 2008 and said that was the last time we will fly Air Canada. BAD BAD Customer Service.
This year we booked thru WestJet and could'nt believe the Prices Wow talk about savings we fly on March 23 2009 and can hardly wait

We've flown twice now with Virgin and found that their service was really fantastic- the staff were so friendly and actually made such a long flight enjoyable! Even the usually awful airplane food tasted better than with other airlines!
The first time our family flew with Virgin I was only 7, and my younger brother was 5. That's something I'd really have to commend them on- their treatment of kids. For children a 9 hour flight is a looooong time, but Virgin was really fantastic at providing entertainment.
I'd give them a huge thumbs up, and I'd recommend them to anyone
