Music stores

Hi

My partner is an avid music fan. Can you recommend any music shops that perhaps even sell rarities? Or in fact, I know he would just enjoy browsing any music store...he can spend forever looking at CDs!!!

There is a massive Virgin Megastore in Downtown Disney that has a huge selection of all kinds of music CDs.

Hi Sarah,
There are good CD music stores in most of the major shopping malls. Apart from Downtown Disney, there are CD stores in the Florida Mall (Orange Blossom Trail) and the Vineland Mall. Some around the top end of International Drive, around Beltz and Festival Bay area. Also try Old Town on US192 and some of the small flea markets on the 192 and the Osceola Farmers Market , towards St Cloud for second hand and unusual CDs. Not sure whether your parner was also into musical instruments etc. Good guitar and rare items store in Downtown Disney and a small shop on the main street in Downtown Kissimmee (through the arched gates off the 192).
That should keep him happy browsing for a while!! just remember to drag him off to a theme park or two now and again

I love the Virgin at Downtown Disney, its so big, and they have a huge selection. The fleamarkets are also a great bet for the rarities.

Seek and you will find.

Virgin is a good place to start, local easy to find and return to.

Virgin is a good place to start, local and easy to find in Downtown Disney, also, you may find asking the staff in Virgin itself could be a good way of finding somewhere, with less tourists, and possibly even better prices and selctions for the sort of thing you are looking for [?] Worth a try[8D]
