my boyfriend was arrested last year for fighting. He applied for a copy of his record from the police to take to the london embassy. When he received his paperwork it said he had no record,and no charges were made.
He has since thrown this peice of paper away and so has no proof that he applied for it.
Do you think he will be ok when entering the USA without a visa??
Even though the police did confirm no record, im starting to worry!!
