Chris great report shame it ended badly. When you send your complaint do not send it to customer services as it will get dealt with in the usual way i.e filed under b. Send it to a Director or even Mr B himself. I done this with Cosmos after my last holiday sent a complaint to the MD and I got a response and decent compo
