Villa Rental

Hi Guys,

Need your help,

I have e-mailed all 5 and 6 bedroom villas on this website and seemed to have had little or no response,

I would like to travel from 26/12 till 2/1 with 8 adults 2 infants.

I have double checked my e-mail address that i submitted and that is defo correct.

I feel lost can anyone offer any help ?

I would guess that most people on this site are already booked for xmas. Because of the large number of E- mails that are recieved you may not get a reply from owners who are a;ready booked. I am sure you will be contacted if anyone has availabilty.

It is probably due to the dates that you are looking for and the fact that a lot of owners will already have taken bookings for the Christmas period.[:I]
I hope that you will find a villa that you like and that does have availability.
Unfortunately villa owners cannot offer their villa availability via the forum but only through the enquiries.

Did you ask on all three sites Omar? If not, each of the site links at the top of each forum page have different owners and, to reach them all, you need to make three enquiries.

There aren't a great number of 5 and 6 bedroom homes available in the area. If you've tried all three sites and still haven't found anything, your party size may fit into a 4 bedroom home (of which there are many more advertised) or, alternatively, you could try for a 7 bedroom home.

Please make sure that every owner quotes their OV reference number so that you can ensure that you receive replies only from the verified owners on the three sites. If you receive any without reference numbers, please let us know by email at info@orlandovillas.com

Just so you are aware, not all owners are booked!I think I would perhaps try again, I am sure there are plenty available.

As the the others have said the problem is probably that it is such a popular time of year that the owners are booked a long time in advance. Some owners will only take bookings of 2 weeks at that time of year as it is difficult sometimes to arrange for cleaners to come in (and also its nice for them to get a break as well.
If you have had some responses then I am sure it is pre bookings that are the reason rather than a faulty e-mail address. The rules of the site mean that we should only respond to the enquiries we can do either exactly or very closely as otherwise guests could be inundated with hundreds of e-mails saying they cant meet their dates to wade through , so we only respond if someone has made a specific request for our villa.

Hi Omar

Your enquiry came through okay to orlandovillas owners, try also www.villasflorida.com and www.onlinefloridavillas.com as these have different villas on them, hopefully there will be someone with availability for your dates on there.The problem could be the arrival date of 26th December as a lot of Managers would not welcome that and as others have said many owners are either already booked or would only take a booking of two weeks or longer for that peak period. Give it a go though on the other sites and fingers crossed something will come up.

Owners are not allowed to respond directly to requests for villas through the forum, and if you do receive any offers this way you should traet them with extreme caution as they maybe from unverified owners that do not advertise on these 3 sites.

That's right Omar - If as a result of this thread, you receive offers of availability, if they do not quote reference numbers relating to villas on our 3 villa sites, them please let us know so we can verify they are legitimate owners that advertise with us and are genuine.
