Regal Palms - Davenport

I have had a really good offer of a town house at Regal Palms - Davenport, as there is only the 2 of us I'm very intrested. Have any of you stayed or visited this area and can you give me any good/bad info before I decide to go ahead and book?[msnscared]

Regal Palms seems a very nice development! It is next to Highlands Reserve on Highway 27, it has a Publix nearby. The development itself had still building taking place when we went over in June but I am unsure if they are still working on it now or if it is complete. There is supposed to be a large communal pool which has water slides as well. Hope this helps. Try searching at the top of the page for more info.

We have been to Regal Palms and reserved a property on phase 4 the Cayman, we really liked the location and the facilities. We were in Orlando last month and saw a lot of properties and managed to secure this one on the second to last day.The location is very good for Disney and is not far from the main routes to the coast.This gated community is ideal as it has many on site ammenities,also is very close to shops like Publix. We also noticed a lot of development work on the highway 27 regarding shops and restaurants with a mall being built at the baseball city,hope this helps,feel free to ask any other questions
