Just a suggestion, but have you considered 4-bed / 3-bath villas? We wanted this and I got 54 replies within 48 hours! The bedrooms were all double and can easily accommodate 2 adults in each - two had twin single beds in them. Surely the 2 infants can be accommodated with the adults? The houses are quite roomy and I doubt if you'll feel crowded.

Thats a good point Nostromo, as most of the owner also provide cribs so these could been assembled in the Main bed rooms with the parents.
