I have been reading various comments about Virgin and I think they are going to have to sit up and take notice before long as they are losing customers and they don't seem to care.
When we traveled last year we thought the plane was dirty and the TVs/Games were not working!
When we arrived back into Manchester we were told that they did not have a stand with walkway available and that we would have to be bused off, which took ages.
How ironicle that this year was the same and it stopped in exactly the same spot, we were told that this is the usual spot so why do they tell people that there was no walkway when we saw at least 3/4 empty ones.
Another thing was in Manchester our luggage took 1 hour to come!!!
