    All your repllies !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi to All of you who have so far replied to me (Andy007) re.. Villas in Florida.

Firstly.. a VERY BIG THANK YOU. I am gobsmacked at the advise and the speed in which you all gave it. I shall now spend time looking on your site for the best for our budget in the confidence that I have good sound help. Again my thanks.
One of your replies asked about the 2wk car hire etc..
This is our itinery for the hol .., so far.

Fly from heathrow to N York 2nd Nov and stay 3 nights there. then fly from NY to Orlando for 14 days .. 2 wks car hire x2 of us to drive incl ins.. then fly from Orlando upto Boston for 3 days then from there back to Heathrow. No Accom is included in that ... Tot.. incl all tax is £998.
I searched for weeks on the net trying to find sim.. but that was the best we found. Paid it now. Any thoughts ??

As far as the villa goes, we just want something for the 2 of us with a private pool, not overlooked too much, pref with views in a quiete location. We have a farm with rescue animals on it and our nearest neigbour is a mile away so we are used to the tranquility. We have a hire car so we are not bothered on the location too much. I drive for a living so thats not a prob. If anyone has been to something that fits close to that then we would be very grateful for the reccomendations. The smallest we found was 3 bed.. be rattling around in that !! from [name edited] (see my original post) and they quoted £550 for the 2 weeks. Villas have a private pool etc.. but no mention about heating of pool costs.

You all again have my thanks

    Andy

Best thing is to put in an enquiry on each of the sites on the top row of each forum page giving your dates, requirements, etc and you'll receive replies from verified home owners on these sites who have your dates available and can meet your criteria.

Home owners aren't allowed to respond to accommodation requests on this forum as there's a possibility that you may receive a reply from a someone who doesn't advertise here and isn't verified - check that all the replies you receive quote their reference number so that you can check them out. There are also a number of home owners who don't check the forums on a regular basis who may have your dream home available and an enquiry is the only way to reach them.

I'm sure you'll find something suitable here and have a great time in Florida!

    Hello Andy.
I like your itinerary it should be a wonderful trip; you may need a holiday at the end of it though. So many wonderful places to see in NY, Orlando & Boston; do make sure you have a short list especially NY & Boston I love all those places, all three are so different it will give you such an appreciation of the East coast lifestyle, I’m sure you’ll be back. Just to amplify the comment; owners are not allowed to push their villa here, just follow Blott’s advice (it’s the best you’ll get), and the choice will be huge so I’m sure one will meet all your requirements.

    Hi Andy,
Sounds like a great holiday, just got back today from our hols and spent part of it in NY, it was great! Good luck with the villa search, you'll be spoilt for choice on the sites linked from this forum.

Good luck with your search Andy. You will certainly find some beautiful properties on the web sites above. I may be wrong but I doubt that you will find anything smaller than a 3 bed especially if you want your own pool. As a couple we have stayed in a 3 bed and certainly didin't feel we were " rattling around", it was also cheaper than a 2 bed condo with a shared pool,it felt like home from home....without having to do the cleaning!!!
