Well, it isn't as cheap as some places, but the service and meal was fab! My daughter and I are avid tomato soup eaters, and we both chose the tomato and basil soup. My daughter was 12 at the time, and when it arrived, we didn't realise that it was a really thick and tangy soup - lovely for older people, but a bit strong for her pallate! I scoffed mine, as it was gorgeous, but she didn't want it. No way could I eat 2 with my huge steak coming, so it was left. The waitress was horrified, and we explained that there was nothing wrong with the soup, she just didn't like it, so the waitress offered a replacement starter. As dinner was due, we declined, but she insisted on removing the soup from the bill! Best steak I had was at HRC that night too!
One of our party was also celebrating a birthday, so they made him wear a birthday cake hat, and stand on a chair so everyone could sing happy birthday to him! 40 year olds do go red!
I was really impressed with the service, food, cleanliness, and atmosphere. Great place to go!

It was a MUST the first yearto be honest haven't been for about 10 yearsPerhaps that tells a story[?]Now the Rainforest cafe at DTD is FAB!! especially for younger kids, and the food is great!! Love Planet Hollywood there too, really spectacular, and food was great, though portions were massive[msneek]

We had a similar experience to Linda but at HRC SanFrancisco. I ordered the pig sandwich not realizing it came in a smokey bbq sauce. After tasting it I did not like it. The waitress noticed it and insisted I order something different free of charge. She did not charge for either the pig sandwich or the replacement. Excellent food and service all over the world in my experience.
