yep, 8 second shutter speed so in basic terms the light was let in for 8 seconds.

No tripod used here just set it up on a railing outside somewhere like Dairy Queen on timer (timer avoids the wobble associated with just pressing the shutter release button) with the t'other half telling me to hurry up
As pointed out it has to be kept deadly still which your hands will not be able to do hence the tripod (or placing it down on a steady surface)
