Like you I love Steak and to be honest I have never had a bad one in the 10 years that I have been going to Orlando.
The first thing you notice is that the steak in America is better ( in my view )then much of the steak we get in the UK.
The Butcher's Shop on International Drive is very good, a little more expensive than the regular places but worth it.
I am sure where ever you end up you won't be disappionted.

i agree the steak in orlando/kissimmee certainly beats the steak we have at home in england.

There is the Concourse Steakhouse at the Contemporary Resort. We did not have steak ourselves, but the food was pretty good.

Have to disagree, we've had good steak in Florida, but you can't beat scotch steak, it's got so much more flavour

To have a great steak I think the trick is to go to a specialised steak house. What I mean is don’t expect a great steak at an Italian it will be good but maybe not great
You MUST try Key W Cools on the 192. They cook their food on an oak fired pit grill in full view (although behind a perpex screen, presumably for safety and to keep some of the heat off a bit) and they are gorgeous. I've always had regular steaks, my husband has had chops and my brother-in-laws tried their monster steak (32oz?)
and they were all delicious. Been there several times between us
