Thanks BrizzleI just couldn't work it out[
]I guess it proves what a great place these forums are[^]
And there was me thinking I knew a bit about Disney[msnscared][msnsmile2][msnwink]In my defence Christmas is one time we haven't been to Florida yet![msnwink][msnsmile]
I personally think it's the best time to go.
Love the Christmas feel around the whole Orlando area.
We've also got our honeymoon and eldest childs birthday mid-December so it all conincides pretty well...

This last year they didnt clear the parks fully if you where in the daytime and where staying for the Party, cast members where walking round the park checking tickets and if you you had a MVMCP ticket they gave you a wrist band to stay in the park, then right up to opening time for the party cast members where double checking you had a band on.

Hi,
Was out in Florida last December and the park did close early on particular days so that thoses attending MVMCP had exclusive use.
Can anyone tell me how to get to a wed site to book these particular tickets as are going back for Xmas this year and will take the Mother in Law to one of these evenings. I can get on Disney web site back con not get onto buy tickets page.

You can book tickets by phone and they will mail them out. Call 001 407 WDW-INFO (407 939 4636)
Or you can book them by phone and then pick them up from 'Will Call' if there is not enough time to get them shipped.
This just means you can pick them up from the Ticket Office when you get there.
We got ours from the Magic Kingdom ticket office.
You do need ID to prove you are who you are though...

Thanks for all the info.
For anyone reading this post in the future I booked direct with Disney and the tickets cost me approximately £23.50 each (delivered to the UK).
The woman at Disney told me they clear the park at 6 ready for the party at 7, but check with guest services on the day as they normally start letting in around 6 to 6.30. She confirmed that we would be issued with wristbands.

We went to this about 5 years ago, and it still remains the best ever for me. The parades and fireworks were unbelievable, the gingerbread men smelt of gingerbread, even !!
Snow on Main Street as you entered - lots of sideshows for kids, and NO QUEUES for rides - just as it should be, for me !!
hope you enjoy it too![]()
