    Hi Tyson,
I have travelled a few times with Thomas Cook airlines and found them quite satisfactory. We are travelling again with them in October, Newcastle to Sanford and I have no worries about that. The flights have been clean with pleasant staff and ran to schedule. Their seat pitch in economy is not great , but then none of the charter flights give more than the bare minimum, (often about 28/29") At least they are not charging for in flight meals either! On our route they use airbus 330's which are nice planes with seat back TV screens.
Hope you have a great flight.
    Kevin.

Sounds better than the Delta flight we just took to Atlanta! No seat back screens - very uncomfortable, old seats although leg room was quite reasonable. I was soooooo bored - only 2 films (no choice) on a 9 hour flight!

We try to avoid Delta as much as possible because the service is very poor on almost every sector. Also, Atlanta is one of the 3 worst airports in the US, the other two being Detroit and LA.

We flew atlanta twice this year, and i thought it was ok, nothing spectacular, but a lot better than others we've been through in the past few years.

    Hi Ana, Nostromo & Wilf
Haven't tried Delta or Atlanta yet.No doubt I'll get round to it soon! As I mentioned on the thread about Monarch I think it's often down to how many planes are in the fleet and how old they are. Would imagine the Delta fleet is huge so could imagine they would have some "oldies" in service.
We've travelled with Virgin, BA, Airtours, Monarch, Britannia, Air 2000, KLM, Martinair as well as Thomas Cook and personally rate my top three as Virgin,Thomas Cook and Britannia(with BA a close 4th)based on punctuality/cleanlinesss & pleasantness of staff. I wonder if anyone's done a poll yet? Would be interesting to see the league tables.
    Kevin
