marcardo artist is it still him

i went to the mercardo in 92 and this guy was singing in the outdoor courtyard, i went back in 2002 and the same guy (i think)was singing in the courtyard. is he still there and who is he.

They have a different act each night I think. We went 3 different nights and all acts were good.
The guy at the puppet stall is worth a visit - he's very entertaining and let's you play with the puppets even if you don't buy! If, however, you decide to buy they're very good value at $40 for the large ones and $20 for the small ones.
