GRRRRRRRRR. Was looking on one website where it gives people info as to what to look out for after the hurricane and one was scamsters collecting money, builders taking money up front to rebuild and then legging it etc etc etc. Bl**dy awful. I would love 2 minutes with some of these people with something out of the Armoury!!!![B)]

I wouldn't need the armoury - My anger would be enough to fuel my fists I think! Maybe my thinking is naive but I just really don't understand how people can take advantage of others misfortunes. I remember when my hubby was out of work, and he advertised for private jobs (he's an electrician) He got a call from a fella who had problems with his cooker switch, and some sockets. He was gone for most of the day. When he finally arrived home, I eagerly asked how much he had got (we had 2 of our 3 kids then, and they needed shoes, but we had no money!!!) He looked embarassed, and said, well, I only charged him a tenner. The new socket cost a fiver of that!! When I asked why, he said, well, he was old, and a pensioner, and didn't want to ask any more.......... Needless to say I couldn't wait for him to get back on a contract job!!!
