Its downright wicked, but it does happen, unfortunately they have to catch the people in the middle of these mindless acts. They should lock them up and throw away the key, forever.

Unfortunately, people will always try to profit from others misfortune. The worse were those people who falsely claimed they lost loved ones at the World Trade Center so they could get the money donated to help victims' families.

GRRRRRRRRR. Was looking on one website where it gives people info as to what to look out for after the hurricane and one was scamsters collecting money, builders taking money up front to rebuild and then legging it etc etc etc. Bl**dy awful. I would love 2 minutes with some of these people with something out of the Armoury!!!![B)]
