breakfast opening times and venues

Arriving at the end of the week[8D]and hoping to sample a range of breakfast buffets such as those mentioned on the site (Dennys, Perkins, Cracker barrel, IHOP, Golden Corral) [:I]
What time do they offer their buffet from? We're wondering if we'll have time to feed a family of 4 incl 2 excited 7 y/o's before arriving at the WDW Parks at 8.30am nice and early for the rope drop at 9am, bearing in mind that we're staying at Southern Dunes? Advice would be appreciated aswell as breakfast recommendations close to Southern Dunes.[][][][]

Most restaurants open for breakfast at 7am. If you wanted to get to the parks for 8.30 the best idea might be to eat at a restaurant closest to the park, then you just have a short drive. We have found the restaurants very quiet at that time of day on the very rare occasions I actually managed to get hubby out of bed at that time

Denny's is open 24 hours ! which is handy.
