my misses is worried now as we go on sept 12,and we got the theme park tickets from this site in the post this morning as well lol.got to get her to stop watching fox news or i won't get her on the plane.

Just had a good look round my home the only damage is a tree at a 45 degree angle and roots showing very lucky for us in clermont... Lots of folks not so lucky we never even lost power....

Hamish,

we own in Sunset Lakes. I called the guest in my home yesterday to check on them and they were very nervous. The poor dears had been evacuated from clearwater and checked into our home a day early. They called last night and it was hard for them to asses the damge in complete darkness. They did tell us we lost most of our pool screen. I plan on calling them this am and then my dh will proably be driving down today.

Just spoken to our guests on The Manors North. No damage at all and no power outage. He has walked around the area this morning and says that there isn't any damage to any of the houses he can see. He says that it was a bit frightening when the winds were at their height but this was only for about 30 mins. Then they started getting the tornado warnings so they went back in to the bathroom but it was all ok.

Just spoke with them again. They said it was only 1 or 2 panels gone and they have no power at the moment. My husband must have misunderstood last night thinking it was all of it.
